1. Trendelenburg and reverse trendelenburg problem

If only the trendelenburg is absent, and other actions are available, it means that the compression pump works normally, but the corresponding contact membrane switch is faulty or the corresponding solenoid valve is faulty. There are generally two ways to judge the quality of the solenoid valve. One is to measure the resistance with a meter, and the other is to use metal to see if there is suction. Of course, if the solenoid valve pull-in action is normal. The above problems also occur when the oil passage is blocked. If it is not just that there is no forward tilt action, and other actions are not, then the compression pump is malfunctioning. First check the voltage on the compression pump. Is the resistance of the compression pump normal? If the foregoing is normal, the commutation capacitor is generally invalid.

2. The electric surgical table has movement in one direction and no movement in the other direction.

Unilateral non-operation failure is usually caused by the solenoid valve. The malfunction of the electromagnetic directional valve may be caused by a bad control circuit, or it may be mechanically stuck. The specific inspection method is to measure the voltage of the directional valve first. If there is voltage, remove the diverter valve for cleaning. Due to long-term use, a small foreign matter on the movable shaft of the valve change may cause the shaft to be pulled and cause seizure, resulting in only one direction of the operating table.

3. It is found that the surgical table will automatically descend during operation, but the speed is very slow.

This situation occurs more often in mechanical operating tables, mainly due to the failure of the lift pump. After using the operating table for several years, tiny impurities may be trapped in the oil inlet valve, causing tiny internal leakage. The solution is to disassemble the lift pump and clean it with gasoline, especially check the oil inlet valve. Add fresh oil after washing.

4. It is found that the surgical table will drop down automatically during use. It is fast and vibrating.

This failure is a problem with the inner wall of the lifting tubing. If you move up and down for a long time, if there is a small impurity on the leather bowl. Sometimes the inner wall of the tubing is pulled out of scratches. Over time, the scratches become deeper and deeper. The solution is to replace the lifting tubing.

5. The back plate will come down automatically during the operation, but the speed is very slow.

This failure is mainly caused by the internal leakage of the solenoid valve, which usually occurs in the electric operating table. For long-term use, impurities may collect at the solenoid valve port. The solution is to disassemble the solenoid valve and clean it with gasoline. It should be noted that due to the high pressure of the back plate, two electric valves are generally connected in series in the electric operating table, and the two need to be cleaned together when cleaning.
